We are Elder Healthcare Ltd. and we work out of the MIDC area in Rabale. Our address is R-28 on the Thane-Belapur Road in Navi Mumbai. This is a very industrial part of town, which makes sense for what we do. The TTC area is full of warehouses and factories. Our building is a solid, functional place where we handle the healthcare side of the business. We have been here for quite some time now. The air smells a bit like the factories nearby, and there is always the sound of trucks on the road. Inside, we keep things as tidy as we can. We manage the distribution and the paperwork for various healthcare products. It is a lot of logistics and making sure things are stored at the right temperature. We have a small staff that has been with us for years. We don't have a big fancy lobby. We have a gate, a security guard, and a lot of boxes moving in and out. Navi Mumbai is a good spot for us because the transport links are decent. We just focus on getting the health supplies where they need to go. It is important work, but we don't make a big show of it. We just show up, do the shifts, and make sure the inventory is correct. That is life at R-28. It is pretty simple.
