We’ve been here at the Technosoft Knowledge Gateway in Thane for a while now. It’s on the first floor over at Plot No. B-14, Pokhran Road No.1. The Wagle Industrial Estate is a busy spot, and we fit right in with all the other shops and offices around here. Dealing with surface finishing isn't exactly the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do every day. Mostly, we spend our time figuring out how to get coatings and systems right for the projects that come our way. People usually find us because they need something specific done with their machinery or parts. We keep things pretty straightforward in the office. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this area. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around long enough to know the routine by heart. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. If someone walks in or calls, we just talk about what they need and see if we can help. It’s practical work. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, and we have to stay late to get things sorted. That's just how the industry is. We've seen a lot of changes in the estate over the years, with new buildings going up and all that. But we’re still here in our spot on the first floor, just getting on with the day-to-day work. It’s steady, and we like it that way. No big fuss.
