Effort Bpo Ltd

We are Effort Bpo Ltd, based in Thane. Our office is in Hyde Park, specifically B1 404. It’s located right behind the Greenwood Complex on Ghodbander Road. If you’ve ever been on Ghodbander Road, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic. It’s a major part of Thane now. We spend our days inside the office handling BPO work. It’s a lot of headsets and screens. The building is okay, nothing too crazy, but it gets the job done for us. We have a mix of people working here, some young, some older. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes finding the right wing in Hyde Park if you aren't used to it. We don't really have a "corporate culture" like the big tech firms in the city. We just show up, do our shifts, and go home. There is a small place nearby where we all get snacks or tea during the break. The view from the office isn't much, just other buildings and the road, but we are usually too busy to look out the window anyway. We’ve been at this location for a while. Ghodbander Road has changed a lot since we started, with more complexes popping up everywhere. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep it relaxed inside the office so people don't get too stressed. We just do our work and don't make a big fuss about it. That's the way it is.
