Our office and storage are at Ishwar Krupa on Chittarandas Road in the Ramnagar Colony of Dombivili. It’s right near the Ram-Krishna Hotel, so that’s the landmark most people use to find us. We handle various products, mostly for industrial or construction use. Dombivili is a crowded place, and our street is no exception. We start the day early, usually before the train station gets too packed. The building is an older style, and we’ve been here long enough that everyone in the colony knows who we are. We have a lot of items kept in the back, and it can be a bit of a maze back there. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to moving crates. The weather gets very humid here, so we have a couple of big fans going all the time. It’s a noisy, busy place but we like the rhythm of it. We don't have any fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for a decade or more. We just focus on keeping the items people need in stock and making sure we are here when they come by. It’s a solid, everyday kind of business in a busy part of town.
