Our place is A 306 in the Sunstone building, which is part of the Rajhans Co-Operative Housing Society. We are out in Barampur, Vasai West, which is a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main parts of Thane. Ecohomes Constuctions Pvt.Ltd has its base here, and it’s a typical residential setup for a business our size. The building is usually full of kids playing and people going about their business, so it feels very grounded. We do our construction planning and paperwork from this third-floor office. Vasai is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure we have enough material for the next week. It’s not a fancy corporate environment with suits and ties; we usually just wear what's comfortable for visiting dusty sites. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We’ve been part of the Vasai community for a while, and we know most of the local suppliers by name. We don't spend money on big ads because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the houses being built. The office is often a mess of blueprints and invoices, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing the daily grind and making sure things get built right.
