You can find Eco Properties over in Thane West. We are in the Namdeowadi area of Panch Pakhadi. It’s a well-known part of town because the Gaondevi Temple is right nearby. A lot of people pass by us on their way to the temple. Our office is a small place where we handle local property matters. It isn't a huge real estate firm with dozens of agents. It’s just us. We know the streets around here really well. Thane has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner feels more traditional. We have a desk for meetings and a few filing cabinets for the records. The floor is tiled and easy to keep clean. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people looking for a place to stay. It’s a lot of chatting and checking details. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there’s a festival at the temple, but we like the energy.
