Our workshop is located in the Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks moving around all day on Road No. 10. Echaar Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is right near Jost Engg. Co., at A-48/49. If you’ve ever been to this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s mostly factories and warehouses. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery running nearby, but that’s just how an industrial estate works. We’ve been here long enough that the building feels like a second home, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly focus on the equipment side of things. There’s always something that needs fixing or a part that needs to be tracked down. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Usually, we're just on the floor or at our desks trying to get the latest batch of work sorted out. The traffic coming from Mumbai can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to start early. It’s a lot of manual work and checking numbers over and over again. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our space in Thane and the work we do every day. It’s a bit dusty and cramped sometimes, but it’s where we get the job done.
