Out here in Agarwadi, things are pretty straightforward for us. We are located in the Palghar area, which falls under the Thane district. It’s a rural setting, so you see more trees and fields than you do skyscrapers. Our office and work area are housed in a plain building that’s been part of the landscape for years. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. At Ebco Pvt. Ltd., it’s just us, the people who actually do the work every day. The morning starts early here before it gets too hot. We have a routine that we follow, mostly involving checking the stocks and making sure the equipment is running right. It can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don’t really have many visitors, but when we do, they usually notice how quiet it is compared to the city. We are just a regular company trying to do a good job without making a big deal out of it. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather allows. It’s a simple existence, and we are quite content with how things are managed. We just keep our focus on the day-to-day operations and getting through our task list.
