Our work happens at our site in Agarwadi, near Palghar. It is located within the Thane district. Being out here means we deal with a lot of local conditions that city businesses don't really see. The weather affects us quite a bit, especially when the rains are heavy and the power goes out. The building we use for Ebco Pvt. Ltd. is just a standard structure, nothing special to look at from the road. Inside, it's all about the daily tasks. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. Everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of meetings to get things moving. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the logistics are a bit tough because of our location, so we have to plan ahead carefully. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local operation in this part of Maharashtra. We get our supplies, we do the work, and we send things out. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the inventory. The commute for some of the guys is just a short walk or a bike ride from the nearby houses. We like being part of the community here. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life, but it is honest work and it keeps us all busy. We just take it one day at a time and do our best.
