We are based out in Agarwadi, which is in the Palghar district. It is a bit of a distance from the main city centers, situated in the Thane region. The area around here feels a lot different than the crowded parts of Mumbai. It’s quieter. There is more space, though the roads can be a bit rough depending on the season. Our facility for Ebco Pvt. Ltd. is right there in the village area. It’s a simple setup we’ve had for some time. We have local folks working with us mostly. Life moves at a bit of a different pace here. We don't have the big glass buildings or the fancy lobbies you see in the city. It’s just a practical building where the work gets done. During the monsoon, things can get a bit messy with the rain and the mud, but we keep going. We handle our daily operations without much fuss. There are no big signs or bright lights. Most people in the village know where we are if they need to find us. We just try to keep things steady. Some days are busier than others when shipments come in or go out. But mostly it is just the same faces every morning, starting the day and getting through the list of things to do. It’s a plain way of working but it suits the location perfectly for what we need to accomplish.
