Dynamics And Majestics Llp is run out of our place at 105, Sai Park Apts. It’s in Section 21 and 22, which is a fairly quiet residential area most of the time. We didn’t want a big glass office in a high-rise, so this apartment works out just fine for our operations. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but the air is a little clearer back here. We’ve set up a couple of workstations in the main room. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Usually, there’s a stack of files on the dining table and the printer is always humming in the corner. We spend a lot of our time just figuring out the next steps for whatever project is on the desk. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it. We have our coffee together and talk about what happened over the weekend before we start the actual work. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will just get up and open the door. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters, and that’s basically how we like it. We have a few plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. It’s just a normal place for us to work.
