Out in the Mahape Electronic Zone, within the TTC Industrial Area, you’ll find us at El-101. It’s a massive area filled with all sorts of companies, but we’ve carved out our own little corner here. At Dynabrade India Abrasive Power Tools Pvt Ltd, the day usually starts with the sound of tools being tested and the hiss of air lines. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t sit in fancy glass offices; most of us are right there where the action is, handling the equipment and making sure everything is in order. The Mahape heat can be something else in the middle of the day, but we have our routines to keep things going. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We sell power tools and abrasives, and we spend our time making sure they work correctly for the people who buy them. There’s a lot of coming and going with shipments and local pickups, so the loading dock is usually the busiest part of the building. We’ve been part of this MIDC zone for a good while, and we’ve seen the area grow and change around us. Despite all the growth, our daily life inside the building stays pretty consistent. We focus on the technical details, keep the inventory sorted, and try to have a laugh now and then during our lunch breaks. It’s a real, working-class atmosphere where the focus is just on the job.
