Our office is located at 11/151 in Daulat Nagar, Thane East. It’s a bit of an older building, but it suits us just fine. Being on the east side means we are close to the station, which is great for the staff who travel from further out. Thane is always crowded and moving fast, and our office is no different. Durabuild Technologies Pvt Ltd has a lot going on most days. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and pieces of equipment lying around. We’ve tried to organize it, but work keeps coming in and things just pile up. It feels like a real workshop in some ways. When the monsoon hits, the sound of the rain on the roof is so loud we can barely hear each other talk. We just shout a bit louder or wait for it to pass. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we all go for breaks. It’s a good way to clear our heads. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to keep everything running correctly. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. People usually come to us because they heard about us from someone else. It’s all very local and low-key. We just do the work.
