Dream Homes

Dream Homes is a small shop, number 1, located in Akar Park Society in the Charai area of Thane West. We are pretty easy to find if you know where the Kumbla Hospital or the local Shivsena Office is. Being in Charai means we are right in the heart of things, and there is always someone walking by. We handle various home-related projects and property stuff. Our shop is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk. It isn't a fancy place; it’s just a regular local office. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they need for their houses. Since we are in Thane, we know this area like the back of our hand. We’ve seen Charai change over the years, with new buildings coming up and old ones getting fixed. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or talking on the phone with a contractor. We try to be helpful and give straight answers. If something isn’t possible, we just say so. People seem to like that we don't beat around the bush. It's just a simple business trying to do a good job for the neighborhood and staying busy every day.
