My place is out in Dombivli West, specifically in Ambika Nagar. It's on Mahatma Gandhi Road, which is one of the main ones around here. I'm in the Archana building, A wing, on the third floor. Flat 301 is the one I’ve used for years. I've been practicing here for a good while. It's a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a cold, sterile office. People just walk up the stairs or take the lift if it’s working. It's a busy neighborhood, always something going on outside on the street. I see patients throughout the day. Some are regular faces I've known for a decade, and some are new people who just moved to the area. I don't go for any of that corporate style or fancy marketing. I just listen to what people say and do my best to help them out. The room is simple, just a desk, a few chairs, and my equipment. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallway if many people show up at the same time. Mahatma Gandhi Road is always humming with noise and activity. I’m very used to the sound of the rickshaws and the vendors outside. I grew up around this part of Mumbai, so I know the streets well. It's just a regular local practice for the people in our community. I stay here until the last person is seen.
