If you go down Nawaiegompada Road in NSP, you’ll find us at House Number 56. Dmot Bakers & Caterers is a place where we do a bit of everything, from baking fresh items to prepping food for different events. It’s not a huge setup, just a local spot where we can get our work done. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually humming with the sound of fans and timers going off. We take on catering jobs too, which means some days are much busier than others depending on what’s scheduled. We don't have a big front office or a team of salespeople. It's mostly just us in our aprons, making sure the food is cooked right and the trays are packed up for delivery. The road outside can get a bit dusty, but inside we keep things organized so we can find what we need quickly. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned that the best way to work is to just keep things simple and focus on the food itself. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, especially when there is a big catering order to get out on time. But we like the routine of it. We are just local folks running a business in the neighborhood, trying to make sure every order that leaves House 56 is handled properly and arrives on time for whoever ordered it.
