Dlf Laing O'Rourke Ltd

We’re located over in Thane West, specifically at 502 Amryallis within the Shreeji Splendor complex. It’s near Azad Nagar and the Bramhand Phase 7 area. This is where the Maharashtra side of Dlf Laing O'Rourke Ltd gets managed. The office is on the fifth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is nice when things get hectic. Thane is always growing, and being here puts us close to a lot of the action. We aren’t a huge team in this particular office, but we stay busy. Our desks are usually piled with site reports and technical drawings. We don't worry too much about having the latest office gadgets or expensive furniture. We just need a place that works for us to coordinate with the various project sites. The atmosphere is pretty down-to-earth. We talk about the projects, have our lunch together, and try to keep things on schedule. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments. Sometimes the deadlines feel a bit tight, but we usually find a way to get everything sorted. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We’re just a group of people working in the construction industry, trying to make sure our part of the job is handled correctly. It’s decent work and we’re glad to be doing it from this spot.
