Divitcare Foundation

Our office for Divitcare Foundation is in Sonam Ratna CHS, right in the Golden Nest area, Phase 1. We’re in Flat F002 on the ground floor. It’s a good spot because we are right next to the Aqua Restaurant and very close to the ICICI Bank. Everyone knows where those are, so we never have to give long directions. The building is one of those older residential societies, so it has a lived-in feel to it. Our space is basically a converted flat. It’s where we handle all our foundation work, from planning events to keeping track of our books. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some basic furniture and a lot of boxes of supplies tucked into the corners. Sometimes the noise from the restaurant next door drifts in, especially around lunchtime, but we don't mind. It makes the place feel alive. We started this foundation to help out with local needs, and being in a residential complex keeps us close to the people. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don't use any big words or have complicated rules. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you’re walking past the bank or grabbing a bite nearby, you’re basically right at our doorstep. We usually leave the window open for a bit of fresh air, even if the street gets a little loud sometimes.
