You can find our office in Airoli, specifically in Sector 2 at the Ss Ii building, A 163. It’s a pretty busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Our space isn’t very large, and it’s mostly filled with desks, computers, and stacks of shipping documents. We work in logistics, which means our day is a constant stream of phone calls and emails. We aren’t the type to have long meetings in boardrooms. We usually just shout across the room to get things done. The air conditioning works okay, but on those really hot Mumbai days, it feels a bit stuffy in here. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea and coffee, which is what keeps us going during the long shifts. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here since the start and a few newer faces. We don't have any corporate manuals; we just learn by doing the work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, which can be frustrating when you have a lot of tracking to do. We don't use fancy marketing words because we don't need to. People know us for being reliable in a practical way. We just focus on getting the packages where they need to go. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace of Sector 2 by now.
