We are located at 203, Kedarnath Apartment on Vasundri Road. This is in Manda Titvala West. If you know the area, it's quite a bit away from the main city hub. It’s a local branch for DHL Express. The office is just a regular apartment unit that we’ve converted for work. It’s not very big. We have a counter for people who come in and a back area for sorting and paperwork. Titvala is a growing place, but it still has a bit of a rural feel in some parts. We see a lot of local residents coming in to send packages. The traffic on Vasundri Road can be a pain, especially when the rains hit. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of the printer and us chatting. We don't have those big polished lobbies like you see in the city. It’s a very basic setup. We wear our uniforms and just do the job. Sometimes the internet acts up because we’re a bit far out, but we manage. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take the parcels, weigh them, and get them on the truck. It’s a simple process. The apartment building is old, and we know the neighbors well. It feels more like a local shop than a global company office. That’s just how it is here. We get through the day by helping one person at a time and making sure their boxes are sorted.
