If you are looking for us, we are over in Vashi at Satra Plaza. It’s a well-known spot in Sector-19, and our office is number 273 on the second floor. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, it feels a little more spread out but still quite fast-paced. Dhimate International (Opc) Private Limited is basically just us working through the daily grind of international trade. Being an OPC means it is a tight operation, mostly just me and a couple of people helping out with the documentation. The office isn't massive, but it fits everything we need like the computers and the stacks of folders. Satra Plaza is always buzzing with people from different businesses, so there is always someone to grab a tea with downstairs during a break. Finding parking here can be a real headache some days, but that's Vashi for you. We handle a lot of different items depending on what the current demand looks like. It’s mostly about making sure things get from point A to point B without too many hiccups at the port. Sometimes the port paperwork gets stuck for days and we just have to wait it out. That's just the nature of the business. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing department. We just answer the phones, reply to emails, and try to make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. It’s practical work and we try to stay honest about how long things take.
