Dhamma Srushti Foundation

We are based out of flat 702 in the Sarvoday Orchid building, which is building number nine in Kalyan West. It is up on the seventh floor so the view is okay but we mostly just focus on the paperwork and people coming by. Kalyan is a busy place and getting to this part of the west side takes a bit of time in traffic. We started Dhamma Srushti Foundation just to help out around here. There are a few of us who sit in the office during the week. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when too many people show up at once because it is just a flat after all. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up on the table. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a fan that makes a bit of noise when it’s on high. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone or talking to neighbors who need things. People know where building nine is, so it isn’t too hard to find us once you get into the Sarvoday Orchid complex. We don’t have a big staff, just local folks from the area. If you come by in the afternoon, someone is usually there, though we might be out for tea or a quick lunch nearby. It’s just how we run things here in Kalyan. It’s simple and we like it that way.
