We are based out in Dombivli West, at Ganga Kunj CHS. Our flat is B-303, and we are right off Deen Dayal Road in the Thakurwadi area. This is a very suburban part of the region, and it has a very different feel than South Mumbai. The housing society is one of those places where everyone knows each other’s business. Our office is basically a room in the society building where we keep all our records and computers. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but it’s a good, steady location. The building is older, and the paint is peeling a little in the hallways, but it doesn't bother us. We have a few desks squeezed into the space and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything like that. People in the neighborhood see us coming and going every day. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local stalls nearby. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, except for the occasional noise from the street. We just sit at our desks and handle whatever comes in. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense setup. We don't worry about being fancy; we just worry about getting the work done correctly. Living and working in Dombivli means being part of a local community, and that’s exactly how our office feels.
