Deepbharti Nidhi Limited is located at S 5 in Radha Resi Phase III. We are right on Shill Road in Kalyan. This area has grown a lot lately, and there are many people living in the residential buildings around us. Our office is a small unit on the ground floor. It’s a simple setup with a couple of desks and some storage for our records. Being in a residential complex means we see a lot of the same people every day. It’s not a formal environment. We usually wear casual clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because mostly, they are. Shill Road can get quite congested with traffic, so we hear the horns honking throughout the day. Inside, we just keep things moving with the paperwork. We don’t have a website with fancy graphics or anything like that. We just do our work on our computers and keep our paper files organized in the cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time explaining the details of what we do to people who are curious. We don't use any sales talk. It’s just straightforward information. Kalyan is a busy place, and we’re just happy to have this little spot to run our business from. We usually finish up when it gets dark and the residential lights come on. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
