Three Fitness Consultants

We've been over here at Chaitnya Chs in Dada Patil Wadi for quite some time. Being so close to the Thane railway station means there is always a lot of noise and people rushing around outside our door. We are just three guys who know a bit about staying fit, and we decided to set up this small spot to help out anyone who wants to exercise. It is not one of those air-conditioned gyms with bright lights and loud music playing all the time. It is a bit more basic than that. We have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. Most of the people who come in are commuters who live in the building or nearby. We spend our mornings showing people how to lift things properly. Sometimes the equipment gets a little squeaky, but we fix it when we can. We do not have a big staff or a front desk person. Usually, if you walk in, one of us will just wave you over. We handle the cleaning and the paperwork ourselves. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open. It is a plain, honest place to get some movement in. We do not try to sell supplements or fancy clothes. We just focus on the workouts and making sure everyone stays safe while they are here. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually grab a break. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we just keep doing our thing.
