We do various services here for our clients. Mumbra is a very crowded and lively place with lots of small shops. We have been in this room for a while now. It’s not a very big space but it is enough for us. We have some computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise when it works. We handle a lot of data and service requests every day. The windows look out over the rooftops of Shailesh Nagar and we can see the trains in the distance. We know the neighbors in the building and say hello in the hallway. Sometimes we share snacks during the short breaks. It’s a very local way of working. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk for us. We just talk to people and do the tasks they give us. The monsoon in Thane can be very heavy. We just keep working through it. It’s a humble setup for regular people trying to make a living and providing help.
