Creating Livelihoodactivities For Youth(Clay) Foundation

Our office is in the Jayesh CHS building, room A/302, right on Esis Hospital Road in Thane West. It is a busy street, especially with the hospital nearby and all the traffic in Ramchandra Nagar No.2. We have been here for a bit, trying to figure out ways to help young people find steady work. It is a lot of effort, and some days are better than others. We spend most of our time chatting with local kids who are looking for a start. The room we work in is not huge, but it fits a few chairs and a table. We mostly just drink tea and talk through ideas. Sometimes we run workshops or just help someone fix up their resume so it looks halfway decent. It is not a fancy corporate setup. We have a few old computers and a printer that jams every other day. You know how it is. We really just want to see the youth in this part of Thane get on their feet. There is a lot of talent around here, but people just need a bit of a push. We do not have any big slogans. We just show up every day at the Jayesh building and do what needs to be done. If the door is open, someone is usually inside. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. Just regular people trying to be useful.
