We are up on the 8th floor of the Empire Tower in the Cloud City Campus. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are busy, but once you’re in Unit Sb-801, it’s a regular office setup. Looking out over the Thane Belapur Road, you can see the traffic moving all day. We deal with materials and chemicals, but here it’s mostly about the paperwork, the planning, and making sure the supply chain is moving. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, quite different from the factory floor. The campus is big, and there are many people coming and going. We keep to our work and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a professional space but we aren't robots. We have our coffee breaks and talk about the weekend like anyone else. Managing things from this height gives you a different perspective on the industrial area below. Some days the weather is clear and you can see far, other days it’s just grey. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the numbers right and ensuring the logistics are handled. The commute on Thane Belapur Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up on time. It’s just a steady, daily grind in a high-rise building.
