Controls & Systems is based at 6, Neelkanth Sagar, which is located on M. Phule Road in Dombivli West. We are positioned right opposite the Hindustan Co-Op Bank. It’s a very convenient location because the bank is right there if we ever need to go, and the station isn't too far away either. M. Phule Road is always packed with people and rickshaws, so it’s quite a lively place to be. Our office is on the smaller side. We have some shelves filled with different control parts and a couple of desks where we do the paperwork. It’s not a polished showroom. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get done. We’ve been in Dombivli for many years now and we like the community here. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but we find it interesting enough. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a broken component. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, which is common in this part of town. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not really who we are. We are just a small local shop that knows its business. Most of our days are spent just keeping up with the requests that come in from the neighborhood.
