Condor Eximp Llp

We operate out of the 18th floor of the Fiona building in Hiranandani Estate. Being up that high in Patlipada, Thane, gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though the wind can get pretty loud against the windows. Condor Eximp Llp is a small operation where we focus on export and import tasks. Thane is a big place and Hiranandani is like its own little world, so we have everything we need nearby. The office itself is number 1804. It’s not a massive warehouse or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle our daily transactions. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and making sure our documentation is in order for the customs side of things. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are slow and we just catch up on filing, while other days the phones don't stop ringing. We prefer it this way, keeping things manageable without a lot of unnecessary layers. We aren't into big speeches or fancy corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be shipped, and find the best way to get it done. It's a practical setup for us. The commute can be a drag if you're coming from far, but most of us are local to the area so it's not too bad. We've grown used to the rhythm of the estate here and the people around us.
