Cinco Marketing Private Limited operates out of a flat in Balkum. We are at Flat No 203 in the Majestica Lodha Case complex, specifically in the Royale Laxmi Nagar area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much calmer than being in the middle of a commercial district. Working from a flat gives our office a very different vibe. It’s basically a living room turned into a workspace. We have our computers set up where a TV might usually be. We handle marketing projects for people, and it’s usually just a couple of us here at any given time. Balkum is a nice area to be in, and the Royale Laxmi Nagar part of it is pretty well-maintained. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a secretary at the front. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door like they would at any other home. We like the informality of it all. It makes the day feel less stressful. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch and talk about what’s going on in the news. It’s a very practical and low-key way to run things. We don't spend money on fancy office decor because we’d rather just focus on the work we’re doing. It’s just a small team in a flat in Balkum, getting through the work week one day at a time.
