Chid Sadhana Foundation

We are located in a row house at the Saikrupa Complex in Kashimira, Mira Road. It’s unit B-1, and it’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the complex. Working out of a row house makes things feel a lot more grounded and local than being in some high-rise office block. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on the well-being and daily support of the people around us. It’s not a fancy operation by any means. We’ve got a few desks set up in what used to be the living room, and that’s where all the planning and paperwork happens. People from the Mira Road area often drop by to see what we are doing or to ask for a bit of help with something. We try to keep our doors open as much as possible for anyone who needs us. There isn't any big corporate strategy here; it’s more about seeing a need and trying to fill it as best we can. We spend our time organizing local programs and keeping track of the various projects we have going on at the moment. Sometimes the place gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once or the phone won't stop ringing, but that’s just how it is. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing language or sounding like a big business. We’re just a bunch of people in a house in Kashimira trying to do something worthwhile.
