Our place is located over in the TTC Industrial Area, right in the heart of Rabale. If you know the Thane Belapur Road, you know how packed it gets during the morning shift changes. We are at R-587/1, which is a decent-sized plot tucked away in the M.I.D.C. zone. Chemtrols Samil has been operating from here for a good stretch of time. The air always smells a bit like industrial work and machinery around here, which is just part of the daily life for everyone on the team. We deal with various industrial controls and systems, and having the workshop and office in one spot makes things easier to manage. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy enough for the kind of work we do. Most of our days are spent checking on orders or looking over technical drawings in the back. The noise from the main road never really stops, but inside the office, we just focus on whatever project is on the desk. We have a small crew that has been around for years, so we all know how the local transport works and where the best tea stalls are nearby. It’s a practical environment. There’s no corporate fluff here, just a bunch of people making sure the equipment is sorted out and the logistics are moving along. Rabale is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we have our routine down.
