Chandrakantji Munot Foundation

Our foundation is set up at Plot N F 7/8 inside the Chandan Estate area. We are in the Dhanashri Bangala building in Manik Nagar. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s not in a commercial office block, but more of a residential spot. This makes things feel a bit more personal and less like a cold institution. We named the place after Chandrakantji Munot and we try to keep things running smoothly from this little corner of the estate. Most days, you’ll find one or two of us sitting at the desks, going through letters or planning out the next local project we’ve taken on. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when we have to focus on the paperwork. People from Manik Nagar sometimes stop by just to ask questions or see what we are currently working on. We don’t have a big glossy brochure or a bunch of corporate slogans to show off to visitors. We just have our records and the work we do right here in the bungalow. The space is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and supplies we keep on hand, but it works for what we need. We’re just regular people trying to do something decent for the community without making a big production out of it. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the estate and look for the bungalow.
