Our office is situated in Aftab Palace on Darga Road in Mumbra. It’s a very lively neighborhood, to say the least. There is always something happening on the street outside, and the noise of the traffic and the local market is just part of our daily background. We focus on the certification side of things for international cards, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of technical checks and very specific documentation. Our space in B/104 isn't very large, but it’s where we do all the verification work. We have been in Mumbra for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the pace here. It’s not like the big corporate parks in Mumbai; it’s more integrated into the local life. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on calls with banks and other offices. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets sluggish, which can be a bit of a pain when you’re trying to sync with international systems. But we just work around it. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the long train commutes that others do. It’s a small, tight-knit group working out of this apartment-turned-office. We just focus on getting the cards certified correctly and making sure all the security protocols are followed. It is a lot of reading and double-checking, but we have a good rhythm for it.
