We are Catapharma Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at H-2 in the Panchal Industrial Estate on Goddeo Road. Working in chemicals means we have a lot of containers and specialized equipment around the place. It’s not the most glamorous location, being in an industrial estate, but it’s where we get the work done. The air usually has a bit of a sharp smell to it, which is normal for what we do. We spend a lot of time monitoring the processes and making sure everything is stable. The space is filled with pipes and tanks. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. Goddeo Road is busy with other factories, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the chemistry and getting the batches right. Sometimes the paperwork for the regulations gets a bit overwhelming, but we stay on top of it. Our team is small and we all know each other’s names. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We show up, run the plant, and make sure the chemical products are ready for the customers. It’s just our daily routine here at Panchal. We try to keep the floors clean, but it is an uphill battle with all the production going on.
