Our office is over at Mangaljyot Apartments in K.T. Village. If you know the Vasai Road West area, it's not too hard to find us in building B, room 206. We’ve been part of this Thane neighborhood for a good stretch of time. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the roads get crowded during rush hour like everywhere else in Maharashtra. We deal with logistics, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or looking at tracking numbers on our screens. It isn’t glamorous work, just sitting at desks and making sure cargo moves from one place to another. The office has that lived-in feel, with old files and maybe a few too many coffee mugs lying around. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. Usually, it's just one of us looking up from a computer. We know the local drivers and the guys at the warehouse pretty well. Dealing with the 401202 pin code means we're right in the thick of it. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or on the highway, and we just have to figure it out. That's the job.
