Brilliant International

We are based out of the Brilliant Complex, right near the Western Express Highway in Miragaon. If you know that stretch of road in Mira Road East, you know it’s always moving. The traffic outside is constant, and you can hear the trucks rumbling by all day long. Our space, CTS No. 1689, is where we handle the international side of things. It’s a lot of shipping labels, heavy crates, and checking documents over and over again. The dust from the highway tends to find its way inside no matter how much we sweep. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy. We have a few desks and a lot of floor space for moving goods around. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat in the afternoon makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. Working near the highway means we’re always aware of the time and the transport schedules. It’s a bit of a maze in this complex, and sometimes new delivery drivers get lost trying to find us. We just wave them down from the loading area. There’s no big marketing team here, just a handful of us making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a lot of manual work mixed with computer entry. We like being in Mira Road East because it’s connected to everything.
