Brasstacks Real Estate Advisory Llp is situated in F/504, Tierra, which is part of the Casa Univis complex in Bhainderpada. It’s more of a residential setup, so it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office building. We like it that way because it’s quieter and we can actually focus on the work. Bhainderpada is a bit of a distance from the main city hub, but it’s growing quite a bit these days. Our space is basically an apartment turned into an office, so there’s a kitchen in the back and a balcony where we go to take breaks. It’s not corporate at all. We mostly handle advisory stuff, which means a lot of talking and looking at numbers and maps on our laptops. Sometimes we have clients over, and we just sit in the living room area to discuss things. It’s very relaxed. We don't wear ties or follow a strict schedule. If the weather is nice, we might go for a walk around the complex while we talk. The building, Tierra, is relatively new, so everything works mostly, though the security at the gate can be a bit strict with visitors. We just do our thing from here, helping people figure out their property investments without all the usual sales pressure. It’s just a practical, small-scale operation run by people who live in the area and understand how the local market actually works.
