The traffic on Mira Bhayander Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s a simple shop, nothing too flashy or modern. You’ll see the sign for Boon Realty Llp if you’re walking past the garden area. We spend most of our mornings just setting things up and checking the latest listings on our computers. It gets dusty because of the main road being so close, so there’s a lot of cleaning involved to keep the place looking okay. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about prices or what’s happening with the new projects nearby. We don’t have a big team or anything fancy. It’s just a few of us here. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby and just sit and talk about the local property market. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We just try to keep things organized and handle the paperwork as it comes in. The area is growing fast, and it’s hard to keep up sometimes. But we’ve lived around here long enough to know the shortcuts and which buildings are decent. It’s just a regular local business life for us in Thane.
