We are based in Thane, specifically in the Ravi Building which sits inside the Jangid Complex. Our rooms are 201 and 202 on the second floor of the block. It’s a typical office building for this part of Maharashtra. We’ve been doing detective work for a long time now. People come to us with all sorts of different problems they need solved. It’s not like what you see in the movies; most of the time it’s just sitting at our desks and making phone calls or looking through old papers. The Jangid Complex is a very busy place with a lot of other small businesses and shops all around us. We keep our doors open during regular hours so people can walk in. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the traffic and people on the street outside. We have a small, dedicated team here. Most of us have lived in Thane for many years and we know the city quite well. The building itself isn't new, so the elevator tends to act up every now and then. We don't have a big fancy reception area or a secretary. There are just some basic chairs for people to wait in. We take our notes and try to help out however we can. It’s a serious job but we are just normal people doing it. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just basic logic and some hard work. People find us through word of mouth mostly.
