Detco Textile

We are located right on MIDC Road, which is pretty much where everything happens in this part of town. Our business, Detco Textile, has been operating from this spot for some time. Dealing with fabrics and textiles means there is always a lot of dust and rolls of cloth moving around. It’s a simple building, nothing too modern, but it suits the kind of work we do every day. The noise from the road is constant, with trucks and tempos going back and forth, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of different materials here. Most of our days are spent checking stock, talking to suppliers, and making sure the orders are ready for whoever needs them. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a shiny showroom. It’s more of a working warehouse and office space combined into one. We have a small group of people working here who know the textile trade well enough. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just open up the shutters in the morning and get to work. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but that’s just how it goes on MIDC Road. We keep it practical and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in.
