Bmw Gears is tucked away in Samruddhi 24, which is part of the Sagar Plaza Industrial Complex. If you are driving down Sativali Road in Vasai East, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time. It’s a typical industrial setup—nothing too flashy, just a lot of metal and the smell of oil. The team here knows the machines inside out. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedule before the noise starts. It gets pretty loud once everything is running, but that's how we know things are moving along. Vasai East has changed a lot lately, with more shops and buildings coming up, but our little corner in the complex stays pretty much the same. We don’t really do big advertising or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on the gate while passing by. It’s a small crew, and we all know each other’s families by now. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we still show up and get the gears sorted. It’s just what we do. It’s a practical life, working with your hands and making sure the parts fit right. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We are just here in Sagar Plaza, doing the work.
