Bmp Properties Llp

Our shop is No. 3 on the ground floor of Saraswati Darshan CHS Ltd. We are right near the Tekdi Bungalow in the Panchpakhadi area of Thane West. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in off the street without having to look for an elevator. Bmp Properties Llp isn't a big name or anything like that. We're just a small shop where we handle local real estate matters. It’s a bit small inside, especially when we have more than two visitors at a time. We have a small table where we spread out maps and documents. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the main roads. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the buildings and the people pretty well. It’s not a corporate office with a strict dress code. I usually just wear a plain shirt and some old trousers. We don't have a website that does much, we mostly just use the phone and talk to people who live nearby or see our sign. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we spend way too much time when things are slow. Dealing with property in Thane is busy these days. There’s always someone looking to move or sell their place. We just keep our notes in some old diaries and try to stay organized enough to find things. It’s a basic setup. No frills, just us doing our bit every day. It's how we like it.
