Birchwood Global Services is located in Flat No 610 over at Laleshwari Apartment in Sector-21D. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a typical office park you might see downtown. We like it that way. Being in a housing society means we see our neighbors every day and it feels more personal. Our team is small, and we mostly focus on service work that reaches pretty far, even though we are just tucked away in this flat. It’s funny how much you can do from a small room with a decent internet connection and some focus. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a small table for our tea breaks. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the emails start coming in fast. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do right by the people who use our services. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several projects land at once, but we manage to get through it. You won't find any marble floors or receptionists sitting behind big desks here. You just knock on the door and one of us will answer. We handle the paperwork and the digital side of things without making a big fuss about it. It's just a regular group of people working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly for our clients. We’ve been in this sector for a while now and it feels like home to us.
