Our place is tucked away in the D-1 section of Kasturi Industrial Estate. It’s right next to the Poonam Vandana Estate on Panchal Road. If you are familiar with Bhayandar East, you know it can get pretty loud and dusty around here with all the industrial work going on. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our tools, our materials, and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. The morning starts early before the sun gets too hot because the metal roof makes it warm inside. We usually have the shutters half-up while we sort through the day's tasks. There is a lot of back and forth with the transporters. It is the kind of place where you always have grease or dust on your hands by noon. We share the road with a lot of other small workshops, so there is always the sound of hammers or machines in the background. It isn't a place for meetings in suits; it's a place where we actually make things happen. We know the guards at the gate and the guys at the tea stall nearby. Everything we do is pretty basic but it works for us. We just try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of the smaller parts. It’s just how we run things every day. We don't mind the noise much anymore.
