You can find us up on the fifth floor of the Business Classic building in Malad West. We’re in suite 501. Chincholi Naka is always buzzing with activity, which we like. Bharat Shivaye Upkar Seva Foundation is a small group. We spend most of our time here trying to make things a little better for the folks in our community. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is a plus. It's a standard office, nothing too special to look at. We have our files, a couple of computers, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We focus on seva, or service, because that’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches. It's just us. Sometimes the work is hard and the days are long, but we keep at it. Malad is a good place to be based. We see a lot of different people coming through. We try to be helpful whenever someone reaches out. It's not about being the biggest foundation in Mumbai. It's about being the one that actually listens and does the work. We're just regular people trying to lend a hand. If you're ever in the area, you'll see we're just a straightforward operation. No frills, just effort. We don't really do the whole social media thing much. We prefer talking to people face to face when they come by the office. It feels more real that way. That's how we've always done things here.
