Bharat Glass Beads

Bharat Glass Beads is located over at the Ambe Mata Industrial Estate, specifically C-12 on B.P. Cross Road No.5. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machines in the background. Glass beads are interesting things to work with. They’re small, they roll everywhere, and you find them in your shoes at the end of the day. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The building isn’t much to look at, just a sturdy place to store the stock and run the sorting. We spend a lot of time checking the sizes and making sure the colors look right. Sometimes the light in the warehouse isn’t great, so we take things near the door to see them better. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find someone in a stained shirt moving pallets around. It’s hot in the summer, especially with the furnaces, but we have a few big fans that help. We get orders from all over, but we prefer the local folks who just stop by. It feels more personal that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the beads we send out are what the person asked for. That’s enough to keep us busy from morning till night. We keep the kettle going for tea for anyone who walks in to visit.
