You can find us on the 1st floor of Spartan House, which is located at Plot No. B-29 on Road S-18 in Wagle Estate. It’s an older building, but it does the job for us. Being in Wagle Estate means there is always something going on nearby, with lots of businesses squeezed together. Our office at Batliboi Environmental Engineering Ltd. is usually filled with rolls of technical drawings and stacks of project folders. It’s not the most organized looking place in the world, but we generally know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites, so the office is often half-empty during the day. When we are all actually here, it gets pretty cramped inside. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and can be a workout. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen the whole neighborhood change quite a bit. There used to be more open space around here, but now it’s all built up. We don't have a big fancy sign, just our name on the door. The windows look out over the busy road, so we see all the trucks and workers going by. It can be a bit noisy with all the industrial activity around us. We just try to keep things moving and handle the engineering projects as they come in. It is a lot of work but we manage it.
