BASECON ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is our full name, but we usually just go by Basecon around the office. We are located at 301 Raj Heritage, which is right across from the Rokade Building. We are near Prem Nagar, specifically on Retibunder Cross Road in Dombivli West. It’s a good spot, though the Retibunder side can get quite busy with all the local activity. Our office is on the third floor. It’s an engineering-focused place, so you will often see technical drawings or parts lying around on the desks. We aren't a huge company—being an OPC means it’s a focused operation. We deal with engineering tech, which sounds complicated but mostly just involves a lot of planning and looking at specs. The building itself is okay, nothing too modern, but it suits us just fine. We have a few computers and some specialized software we use for our projects. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We have been in Thane for a while and we know the area well. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to bring you coffee. We just get on with our work and try to stay productive. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually like building and designing things. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the technical details.
